Tim Blair
Founder and President
Tim manages internet strategy and web technology projects that address the complex business needs of nonprofit clients like Maine Audubon, The Natural Resources Council of Maine, and the Maine Association of Nonprofits. Tim also provides strategic and creative direction, and project management support for custom web development projects.
Tim has worked in information technology for over 16 years as a programmer, web designer, project manager, and system architect for a wide variety of organization types including telecommunications, environmental advocacy, nonprofit training, insurance and banking, and internet services. Tim also volunteers as a trainer for the Maine Association of Nonprofit's SkillBuilder Program, and has served on the board of a local conservation organization.
Mike McDiarmid
Lead Developer & System Architect
Mike guides the development and support of all of Digital Goat’s technical solutions and services. Mike also assists organizations with major systems initiatives addressing complex technical and organizational challenges.
Mike has worked in contributor and leadership roles with people and computer technology for 15 years focusing on building technical teams and practical solutions. His experience includes successes in web development, strategic direction-setting, technical design, business process improvement, project management, and human capital development. Prior to working at Digital Goat, Mike worked as Web Development Manager at GoMOOS, (Portland, ME), Senior Applications Architect at Wright Express (South Portland, ME), and Engineering Director at VIA Inc (Portland, ME). Mike and his wife, Meg, are raising their kids in the fishing community of Five Islands where their family time is centered on our coastal community and environment.
Chris Putnam
Web Developer
Chris develops web applications, builds websites, and provides technical support for Digital Goat clients. Chris has a Computer Information Systems degree from Northern Maine Community College in Presque Isle. Prior to coming to Digital Goat, Chris was the lead developer for Breezy Hill Designs in Presque Isle.
